Shipping & Returns
We will deliver the ordered items to the address you provide so please make sure that this is accurate. Someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
Stock permitting we aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days (most are sent off within 2-3 working days) – however this timeframe is for general guidance only. If the order is needed by a certain date, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate this.
Please note that Philomena Studio cannot be liable for any international deliveries that are subject to customs delays and import and duty taxes.
All our jewellery is handmade and therefore there can be slight variations from piece to piece; due to the natural materials. They may also differ from the images you see on the website – this only ensures that your piece is unique.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, however, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied you can cancel an order by notifying us within 14 working days of receipt of your order (this includes any damaged or faulty items). We will be happy to exchange or refund your order providing the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return the items to us by special delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
At Philomena Studio we want each piece of jewelry to represent a journey. Your jewelry includes a product number to show you where its journey started. You will find it in the original packaging we have created for you.
